2023 Calendar - Photo Submission Form
Procedure for submitting calendar photos:
1. Submissions are limited to ESC members.
2. Hard copy photos (photo lab, not computer printout) need to have a stamped self-addressed envelope if you would like them returned.
3. Digital pictures should be minimum of 4”x 5” and 300 dpi. A landscape or horizontal format is best.
4. A photo release form must be signed and sent in with the photos. Permission must also be obtained from any outside photographer for any submitted photos. Photo Release Form (Hard copy) or fill out the form below.
5. Submissions must be received by June 30th.
6. Each member can submit up to 16 photos per household per year.

You should receive an auto reply if your submission is successful. If you do not receive an auto reply, please submit your photos again.

- Prominence: The dog must be visible in the photo and prominent in it, not merely in outline. Preferably the whole face should be visible. Photos may be usable after cropping if the resolution is high enough.
- View at a distance: Photos must look good at a distance as well as close up.
- Prior use: No dog used in the current year’s calendar as a page photograph is eligible for a calendar page in the next year's. (They may, however, be eligible for a small photo.) Thus a dog is eligible to submit for page photographs every other year. Only one dog per owner may be featured as a page photo in the calendar. No photo used as a cover for the Shepherd’s Call will be eligible for a calendar page.
