2022 Calendar - Photo Submission Form

Procedure for submitting calendar photos:

1. Submissions are limited to ESC members.
2. Hard copy photos (photo lab, not computer printout) need to have a stamped self-addressed envelope if you would like them returned.
3. Digital pictures should be minimum of 4”x 5” and 300 dpi. A landscape or horizontal format is best.
4. A photo release form must be signed and sent in with the photos. Permission must also be obtained from any outside photographer for any submitted photos. Photo Release Form (Hard copy) or fill out the form below.
5. Submissions must be received by June 30th.
6. Each member can submit up to 16 photos per household per year.
7. You should receive an auto reply if your submission is successful. If you do not receive an auto reply please submit your photos again.
