Background:
Kira is a tricolor female, born 2005 and evaluated at just over two years of age. Her owner does not have livestock so Kira's stock-working experience has been gained on local farms and in structured clinic and trial settings, where she has worked sheep. She has her "Junior Herd Dog" title from AHBA.

Kira is an extremely smart, level-headed ES who processes things very quickly in her mind. Her biddability is one of her main attributes. She will call off livestock or other situations because "you" want her to. She is willing to obey even if it is not her idea of fun at the time. She is able to work in new situations without being distracted. She could use more confidence in tight situations or with aggressive livestock, but these things are developing with age and experience.

Structure and Movement: Kira is a very agile, athletic dog, with a light leggy build and long tail. She is very fast and an excellent jumper, with smooth effortless movement. She has a low maintenance coat and correct scissors bite.

Temperament: Kira is confident and friendly, greeting new people with a low key demeanor. She is affectionate and devoted with family. She has a calm, steady personality and likes to stay busy. She takes correction very readily.
